No extra charge for your first clean.
We don’t offer one-off cleans, by using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable. If you wish to choose this option, please drop us an email to request this option when signing up.
The only way we collect payments from our customers is via our trusted payment partner GoCardless. This allows us to request payment after each clean through a direct debit system meaning you don't have to worry about paying your bill as it's automatically collected. If for any reason you don't have a clean e.g. over the Christmas period, then we simply won't request payment.
We've got you covered we love what we do and pride ourselves on doing a great job however sometimes things out of our control could result in a clean being sub standard so providing you contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will return to do a free re clean.
Yes we do and it won't affect your clean. The worst thing about it is we get wet (but we don't mind) but if you weren't happy we have a 24 hour rain guarantee.
When you receive a text reminder the night before the clean this means that you can expect us to service your windows between the hours of 8am - 4pm.
Not at all providing we have access to the rear of the property. We take care of the rest.
Accessing the rear of your property through the house is a no go from us due to health & safety and insurance policies. However, we are more than happy to do the front windows only. This is a popular choice for our customers in terraced houses.
Providing the customer is happy using our direct debit system then absolutely. However, we understand that not all companies can use this method to pay their bills.
